Preregistration assists the presenter in planning his/her seating arrangements, handouts, etc.

  1. For preregistration, individuals need to provide their Social Security number and the code number(s) of the sessions. If an insufficient number of people preregister, sessions may be cancelled. The person in charge of the session will inform, by mail, fax, e-mail or by telephone, those who are preregistered if the session is cancelled.
  2. Individuals may preregister by using the HOST terminal at their local school, or they may call the Professional Development Office at 485-3415 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  3. If a workshop strand (more than one session) is chosen, please recognize that all sessions within the strand must be attended for credit to be issued.
  4. Some PD offerings will be limited to a specific, job-related role group(s). This means that only those so designated may preregister and attend the professional-development session.
  5. The District will grant twelve (12) hours per year for conference participation. This conference participation must be approved by cost center head or local school Professional-Development Committee.
  6. Please note: All technology sessions are offered via the Main Course at www.jefferson.k12.ky.us/maincourse
